A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A FINAL RELEASE OF LIEN
TO BROWARD COUNTY CERTIFYING THERE ARE NO
LIENS OUTSTANDING ON THE 201 PUMP STATION AND
FORCE MAIN, TUW PROJECT #86-5; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CITY OF TAMARAC for and
in consideration of the sum of ten (10) dollars paid to City
of Tamarac by Broward County, Florida, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and quit claim to
t Broward County, Florida, he owner, its successors or assigns
all liens, lien rights, claims or demands of any kind
whatsoever, which it now haS or might have against the
property, building -and Tr improvements, on account of labor
performed, material furnished, and/or for any incidental
expense for the construction of
a) The 201 Pump Station and other main appurtenances
associated with 201 Pump Station and force main facility that
are -located within an Easement for Wastewater Sewer Pump
Station and 201 Wastewater Force Main at 6113 N.W. 77th Way,
Tamarac, Florida.
b) 2.099 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto from the 201 Pump Station at 6113 N.W. 77
Way, Tamarac, Florida to University Drive and along
University Drive to the C-14 Canal.
c) 1.19 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto located 12, 146, inside the South Right -of -
Way of C-14 Canal from a point 75, (+/-) West of University
Drive to the Sunshine Drainage District East Outfall Canal
(S.F.W.M. PERMIT NO. 8257 dated November 13, 1986.)
d) 2.89 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurtenances
attached thereto on the East side of Sunshine Drainage
District East Outfall Canal from the C-14 to Sample Road
(Sunshine Water Control District Permit No. 87-2 dated
October 16, 1986).
3) All of the above are further described on location sketch
Exhibit "A" attached.
