A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
4 ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT THE
PROPOSED CHINA DOLL RESTAURANT AT 8511 W. MCNAB
S ROAD IN THE SHOPPES OF TAMARAC REQUESTED BY CHINA
DOLL, INC.; PETITION NO. 34-Z--87; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of a special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of beer and -wine on the premises at the Shoppes
of Tamarac, 8511 W. McNab Road, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concern-
ing the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the application for special exception would be in keeping
with the public health, safety and general welfare of the
City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception
to permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at the
proposed China Doll Restaurant at 8511 W. McNab Road in the
Shoppes of Tamarac, requested by China Doll, Inc., Petition
No. 34-Z-87 is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
The sale of beer and wine shall be in conjunction with CIZapter 3
of tAie Code.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
