CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- �4/3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A DELICATESSEN IN CON-
JUNCTION WITH A GROCERY STORE AT 8691 W. MCNAB
ROAD IN THE SHOPPES OF TAMARAC REQUESTED BY
DANICO, CORP. (AL'S FARMERS MARKET), PETITION
#35-Z-87; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances of the City of Tamarac
provides for the granting of special exception to permit the
operation of a delicatessen in conjunction with a grocery
store in the Shoppes of Tamarac, 8691 W. McNab Road, Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concern-
ing the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a delicatessen in conjunot'ion with a
grocery store requested by Danico, Corp. (Al's Farmers
Market) in the Shoppes of Tamarac, at 8691 W. McNab Road, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
