CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- vZ-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY MARSTEN LEASING CORPORATION FOR
THE TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST OFFICE BUILDING
(BID 85-3); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Marsten Leasing Corporation, as Principal, and
Service Surety Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. 2676 in the amount of $116,052.00 to guarantee the
Tamarac Utilities Nest Office Building (Bid 85-3); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
S=IQX 1: That the Bond No. 2676 posted by Marsten
Leasing Corporation, as Principal, and Service Surety Com-
pany, as Surety, in the amount of $116,052.00 for the Tamarac
Utilities West Office Building (Bid 85-3) is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
