CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
.RESOLUTION •RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) PERFORMANCE
BONDS POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT
THE EXXON SERVICE STATION AT THE S. W.
CORNER OF SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD AND N. W.
88TH AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Exxon Company, U.S.A., as principal, with
Federal Insurance•Company, as surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. 8105-19--19 in the amount of $9,845.00 to guarantee
public improvements at the Exxon Service Station at the S. W.
Corner of Southgate Boulevard and N. W. 88th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, B & M Construction Company, Inc., as principal,
and the American Insurance Company, as surety, has also filed
with the City Bond No. 4172498 in the amount of $20,461.50 to
guarantee public improvements at this Exxon Service Station;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommend-
ed release of said Bonds subject, to one-year warranty bonds
in the amount of $2,971.80 and $5,115.38.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bond No. 8105-19-19 in the amount of
$9,845.00 posted by Exxon Company, U.S.A., is hereby released
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $2, 971.80.

$20,461.50 posted by B & M.Construction Company, Inc., is
hereby released subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $5,115.38.
