R-87- T A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM EXXON CORPORATION FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE EXXON SERVICE STATION AT THE SOUTH- WEST CORNER OF SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD AND N.W. 88TH AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA E TI 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Exxon Corporation for the water distribution system -for the Exxon Service Station at the Southwest Corner of Southgate Boulevard and N.
