CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-___�Z�
A RESOLUTION ISSUING WOODLANDS COUNTRY
CLUB REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 39-2
FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR RELOCATION
OF PARKING SPACES, RELOCATION OF DUMPSTERS
AND CHANGE TO COMPACTOR PURSUANT TO PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 7-2 THRU 7-11 OF THE
TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
advertised in accordance with applicable law of the- date,
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
application for a revised development order by the applicant
for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the -application and staff recommendations and the attached
Development Review Status Sheet dated January 29, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
ment order and accompanying documents at a pubic meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQN 1: That the application for approval for a
revised site plan for Woodlands Country Club, revised January
15, 1987, prepared by Charles E. Richter & Associates, to
reflect relocation of parking spaces, relocation of dumpster
and change to compactor, is hereby approved subject to the
following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict com-
pliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows;

SECTIQN 2: That the following documents are hereby
accepted and approved as a part of this development order:
NONE
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
