A RESOLUTION ISSUING SHAKER VILLAGE RE-
4 VISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 103-1 FOR A
REVISED SITE PLAN FOR TELESAT SATELLITE
DISH, EQUIPMENT BUILDING, TOWER AND FENCE
PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF SECTION 7-2 THRU
6 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

9 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
10 Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
11' advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
12 time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
13 application for a revised development order by the applicant
14 for development approval; and
25 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
16 the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda-
17 tions and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
6 January 29, 1987; and
19 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop--
20 ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting;
21 and
22 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
23 application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
24 hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
25 of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
26 subject of.the application.
27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
29 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
29 E IO 1: That the application for approval of a
30 revised site plan for Shaker Village, revised January 5,
31 1987, to reflect a telesat satellite dish, equipment build-
32 ing, tower and fence is hereby approved subject to the
33 following conditions:
34 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
35 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
36 the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the

Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineeri Reso. 4495
drawings. I
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows:
1. If the dish requires guide wires, the Building
Department will determine the area necessary for
tie downs.
2. The dish must meet South Florida Building Code
Requirements.
E TI 2: That the following documents are hereby
accepted and approved as a part of this development order:
None
SBSTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION_.: This revised development order as con-
ditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
