A RESOLUTION RELEASING FOUR (4) PERFORMANCE
BONDS POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
DINERSTEIN BUILDERS, INC., FOR BOARDWALK
APARTMENT PROJECT (CONCORD VILLAGE IT); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Dinerstein Builders, Inc. and Interfirst Bank
Houston, N.A., as surety, has filed with the City the follow-
ing letters of Credit:

Paving and Drainage

7,095.00 --
Sewage Collection

Water Distribution

WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommend-
ed release of said Letters of Credit subject to a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $45,654.01.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.-
ECTI 1: That the following Letters of Credit posted
by Dinerstein Builders, Inc. for Boardwalk Apartment Project
(Concord Village II) are HEREBY RELEASED:
1) No. S-1604 - $50,084.00 - Paving and Drainage
2) No. S-1605 - 7,095.00 - Sewage Collection
3) No. S--1606 - 47,027.00 - Water Distribution
4) No. S-1607 - 30,356.25 - Sidewalks, Curbs,
