3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING TAMARAC MUNICIPAL
4 COMPLEX REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO.
135-2 FOR A PLAT PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 7-2 THRU 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC
CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

B WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
9 Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
10 advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
11 time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
12 application for a revised development order by the applicant
13 for development approval; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
15 the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda-
16 tions and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
17 January 30, 1987; and
is WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
19 ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting;
20 and
21 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
22 application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
23 hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
24 of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
25 subject of the application.
26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
27 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
28 SECTION 11 That the development described on the
29 attached development review status sheet dated January 30,
30 1987, is granted a revised development order to proceed
31 subject to the following conditions:
32 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
33 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
34 the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the
Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering

36 drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order as set forth as follows:

BE-CT30N 2: That the following documents are hereby
accepted and approved as apart of this development order:
NONE
; Bg ION 3: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 4: This revised development order as con-
ditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
