CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-_�
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND AUDITORS' REPORT PREPARED
BY TOUCHE ROSS & COMPANY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1986; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of
Tamarac provides for an independent annual audit of all City
accounts by a certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the.firm Touche Ross & Company has prepared
such audit pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept such audit
report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Auditors' Report of the accounts
of the City prepared by Touche Ross & Company be and the same
is hereby accepted by the City Council for Fiscal Year ending
September 30, 1986.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
