CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-� 9
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE BOND SALE AND PURCHASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TAMARAC AND THE
BANK OF TAMARAC (NCNB), ENTERED INTO ON
JUNE 5, 1975, PERTAINING TO BANKING SERVICES;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac
hereby approves an Amendment between the City of Tamarac and
The Bank of Tamarac (NCNB), pertaining to banking services,
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A";
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

AMENDMENT TO THE BOND SALE AND PURCHASE
• AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TAMARAC
AND THE BANK OF TAMARAC,
ENTERED INTO ON JUNE 5, 1975
THIS AMENDMENT made and entered into this / / day of
1997, by and between THE CITY OF TAMARAC, a
municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as the "City" and NCNB NATIONAL BANK (the successor
to THE BANK OF TAMARAC), a National banking association
organized and chartered pursuant to the laws of the United
States, hereinafter referred to as "NCNB".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Paragraph 18(c) of the Bond Sale and Purchase
Agreement is mutually waived by the CITY and NCNB as it
pertains to the Amendment of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, NCNB has determined that this Amendment will not
in any form or manner effect any existing bond covenants; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and NCNB are mutually desirous of
amending Paragraph 6 "Established Accounts By The City", in
order to allow the CITY to initiate a request for proposal for
• banking services.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
hereinafter set forth and for other goods and valuable
consideration, the CITY and NCNB agree as follows:
1. That Paragraph 6 (six) "Established Accounts By The
City" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. That all remaining provisions of the Bond Sale and
Purchase Agreement between THE CITY OF TAMARAC and
NCNB NATIONAL BANK, entered into on June 5, 1975,
remain unchanged and unaffected in any form or
manner.
This Amendment is entered into on the day of
197.
