BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA SECTIQN 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Dinerstein Builders, Inc. for the water distribution and sewage collection system for Boardwalk Apartments (Concord Village II) is HEREBY APPROVED.
