CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY SUPERIOR, HOMES, INC.
FOR THE WOODLANDS DAY SCHOOL; AND PROVID-
ING AN EFFECTIVE_.7ATE.____
WHEREAS, Superior Homes, Inc., has filed with the City a
Cash Bond, in the amount of $700.00 to guarantee beautifi-
cation at Woodlands Day School, 6820 NW 70 Avenue, Tamarac,
Florida 33319, Permit #01990.
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.,VE:D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond, posted by Superior
Homes, Inc., 4297 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, Florida
33665, in the amount of $700.00 for beautification at
Woodlands Day School, 6820 NW 70 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida
33319, Permit #01990, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. _U1
