CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-874V
.A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
LETTER OF CREDIT NO. NBV-611 POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TURNPIKE
CENTER ASSOCIATES FOR ISLAND CLUB
APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Turnpike Center Associates, as Principal, and
Capital Bank, as Surety, has.filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. NBV-611 in the amount of $56,425.00 to guarantee
public improvements at Island Club Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactory completed and has recommended
release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $1.4,106.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NBV-611 posted
by Turnpike Center Associates, as Principal, and Capital
Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $56,426.00 for public
improvements at Island Club Apartments is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $1.4,106.2.5.
,SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this a a day of

EC I N 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by

HEREBY APPROVED.
