A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM TURNPIKE
CENTER ASSOCIATES FOR THE WATER DISTRL-
BUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR ISLAND CLUB APARTMENTS;
AND _PR.OVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
VLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Turnpike Center Associates for the water distribution and
sewage collection system for Island Club Apartments, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
ES_CTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
