RESOLUTION NO. R-87--=
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR BUYERS
ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS OF BULK PEBBLE
QUICKLIME ESTIMATED TO BE 1500_TONS;
BID NO. 87-4; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
.WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County -on February 10, 1987 and February 17, 1987;
and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on February 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Allied Products Company, is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SBCTION 1: That the bid of Allied Products Company, in
the amount of $69.70 per ton total amount of $104,550.00 to
be paid as purchased during the balance of the fiscal year,
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ZL_ day of 7 ,
