CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

2 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY EXCEP-
3 -TION PERMIT TO CASTRO CONVERTIBLES IN
LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PRE-
4 REQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF
THE TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PRO-
5 VIDINQ AN EFFECTI E D E.
WHEREAS, Castro Convertibles, Inc., has applied for a
7 temporary exception permit in lieu of satisfying certain
8 platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of
9 Ordinances in order for remodeling to begin; and
10 WHEREAS, the property involved is located at (formerly
11 .
all Saints Lutheran Church Property) 7550 N. University
12 Drive, Tamarac; and
13 WHEREAS, the Broward County Land Use Plan, Chapter 4,
14 Section 5.02, would not require platting for issuance of
25 permits for construction of alterations or additions which
16 are smaller than the original structure.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION „1: That the following findings of fact are made

21 pursuant to Section 20-4 of the Tamarac Code of Ordinances
22 regarding the development of the property involved.
23 A. An undue hardship would be imposed if all the
24 standards set forth in Chapter 20 were complied with and such
compliance would thus be unreasonable.

B. The granting of this exception would not set a
26
precedent in any way for other and unlike conditions.
27
C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental
28
29 to the interests of the community as set forth in Chapter 20.
D. The property is adequately served with water and
0
sewer facilities and no further construction is contemplated.

E. No additional road right-of-way dedications are
32
required.
33
F. No additional easements, including water, sewer, and
34
storm drainage, are required.
35
G. No dedication of recreational land is required under
36
Chapter 20.

SECTI-ON 2: That a temporary exception permit is hereby
granted to Castro Convertibles, Inc., in lieu of satisfaction
of the platting requirements of Chapter.20 of the Tamarac
Code of Ordinances for the above described property in order
to accomplish certain renovations.
E T.IQN 3: That the following conditions are hereby
placed on this permit:

immediately upon adoption.
