CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87- g7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY BEST
REAL ESTATE, INC., FOR LOT 1 OF
BLOCK 4 OF HEFTLER HOMES; AND
PROtiID_IN9 AN EFFECTIVE -DATE-,
WHEREAS, Best Real Estate, Inc., has posted with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee
installation of beautification for Lot 1 of Block 4 of
Heftler Homes, 8930 NW 79 Court, Permit #2296-86; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQN 1: That the cash bond posted by Best Real
Estate, Inc., in the amount of $500.00 for beautification for
Lot 1 of Block 4 of Heftler Homes, 8930 NW 79 Court, Permit
#2296-86 is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
