RESOLUTION NO. R-87--ffff
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID TO INTERSTATE
PIPE MAINTENANCE d/b/a INTERSTATE EQUIP-
MENT SALES FOR ONE (1) ELECTRIC WINCH, BID
NO. 87-6; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on February 23, 1987 and March 2, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on March 6, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Interstate Pipe Maintenance d/b/a/ Interstate
Equipment Sales is the lowest fully responsive and respons-
ible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION ^1: That the bid of Interstate Pipe
Maintenance d/b/a Interstate Equipment Sales in the amount of
$3,851.00, is hereby approved.
SECTION This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
