CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY EXCEPTION
PERMIT TO THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS, IN
LIEU OF SATISFACTION OF THE PLATTING PRE-
REQUISITE AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE
TAMARAC CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings On Cypress Greens, has applied for
a temporary exception permit in lieu of satisfying certain
platting requirements of Chapter 20 of the Tamarac Code of
Ordinances in order to obtain building permits prior to
recording of the plat; and
WHEREAS, the property involved is identified as the
Landings On Cypress Greens; and
WHEREAS, the Broward County Land Use Plan, Chapter 4,
Section 5.02, would not require platting for issuance of
permits for construction of alterations or additions which
are smaller than the original structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA that:
SECTION1: That the following findings of fact are
made pursuant to Section 20-4 of the Tamarac Code of Or-
dinances regarding the development of the property involved.
A. An undue• hardship would be imposed if all the
standards set forth in Chapter 20 were complied with and such
compliance would thus be unreasonable.
B. The granting of this exception would no't set a
precedent in any way for other and unlike conditions.
C. Such permit for exception would not be detrimental
to the interest of the community as set forth in Chapter 20.
D. The property is adequately served with water and
sewer facilities and no further construction is contemplated.
E. No additional road right-of-way dedications are
required.
F. No additional easements, including water, sewer, and
storm drainage, are required.

G. No dedication of recreational land is required under
Chapter 20.
E TI 2: That a temporary exception permit is
hereby granted to The Landings On Cypress Greens, in lieu of
satisfaction of the platting requirements of Chapter 20 of
the Tamarac Code of Ordinances for the above identified
property in order to obtain building permits prior to record-
ing of the plat.
SECTION 3:• That the following conditions are hereby
"placed on this permit.
