CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- /
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT THE EXPANSION OF THE BLUE DOLPHIN
RESTAURANT INTO AN ADJACENT BAY OF SUNFLOWER
SHOPPING PLAZA,8104 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
PETITION #32-Z-85; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DAT
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the expansion of the Blue
Dolphin Restaurant into an adjacent Bay of Sunflower Shopping
Plaza at 8104 North University Drive, Tamarac, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ZECTION 3: That the petition for special exception to
permit the expansion of the Blue Dolphin Restaurant into an adja-
cent Bay of Sunflower Shopping Plaza at 8104 North University
Drive, Tamarac is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 3: Conditions of approval: /�
2ECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
