CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--j—
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR LANDSCAPING BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR THE BELFORT PROJECT, 9905-9919 N. BELFORT
CIRCLE; AND PRQVIDING_AIN_EFFECTIVE DATE_,_.___..
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $300.00 to guarantee installation of land-
scaping at 9905-9919 N. Belfort Circle; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
2BCF TI N1: That the Cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes, Inc.,
in the amount of $300.00 to guarantee installation of landscaping
at 9905--9919 N. Belfort Circle, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
