CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 6
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY CWM, INC. FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH COLONY WEST
COUNTRY CLUB PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFFLCTTYF DATE,
WHEREAS, CWM Inc., as principal with Broward Savings and Loan
Association, as surety, has filed with the City Letter.of Credit
No. 103 in the amount of $9,492.25 for public improvements associ-
ciated with the Colony West Country Club project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAM-
ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and
correct.
,F 110 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to call Letter of Credit No. 103, in the amount of
$9,492.25 posted by CWM Inc., as principal, with Broward Savings
and Loan Association, as surety, if the remedial repairs are not
completed or if an extension to this Letter of Credit has not been
provided on or before January 2, 1986.
SECTION 3: That Letter of Credit No. 103 be released if the
remedial repairs are completed by January 2, 1986.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon it adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Q2 day of 1986.
