CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 00
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
BY ROBERT GREENBLATT FOR INSTALLATION OF
SOD AT 8811 PARADISE COURT, LOT 6 OF PARA-
DISE ESTATES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Robert Greenblatt, has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $600.00 to guarantee installation of sod at
8811 Paradise Court., Lot 6, of Paradise Estates.
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work hat been satisfactorily completed and has recommended re-
lease of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION : That the Cash Bond posted by Robert Greenblatt in
the amount of $600.00 for installation of sod at. 8811 Paradise
Court, Lot 6, Paradise Estates, is hereby RELEASED.
SECTON 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisp2( day of 1986.
