R-86- f 3 --�- 4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 107-1 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR WOODMONT 5 TRACT 57• AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of 7 Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance 6 with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting 9 regarding the review of the application for a revised development 10 order by the applicant for development approval; and 11 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the 12 application and staff recommendations; and the attached Development 13 Review Status Sheet dated 3/6/86; and 14 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development 15 order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 16 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application 17 is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or 19 will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of 19 Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the appli- 20 cation. 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 22 TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 23 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised 24 site plan for Woodmont Tract 57, prepared by Keith and Schnars, 25 P.A., revised March 6, 1986, to reflect addition of two entrance 26 signs, one at NW 79 Street and NW 87 Avenue, and one on the east 27 side of NW 88 Avenue, extending southward from NW 81 Street, is 26 approved subject to the following conditions: 29 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the 30 plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of 31 Tamarac. 32 B. If these signs are not erected within one year, this 33 approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in 34 accordance with applicable regulations. 1 Temp. Reso. #4029 C. The revised development order is assignable, but an assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the revised development order are set forth as follows: 1) The City is to be provided with a copy of the recorded easement between the developers and lot owners. E STI_QN 2: Should any section or provision of this revised development order be declared by a court of competent juris- diction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void. SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this,&2day of 1986.
