RESOLUTION NO. R--86- L0.3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY DR. TALERICO, GOLD
PLUS PLAN, 5465/5463 NORTH STATE ROAD 7;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, DR. TALERICO, GOLD PLUS PLAN, has requested a
waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21)
governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendations thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by Dr. Talerico, Gold Plus Plan, 5465/5463 North State Road 7,
for a sign on the South elevation entrance to the office, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any).

immediately upon adoption.
