CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--,/,/c
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY FRENZ ENTERPRISE, INC., IN CON-
NECTION WITH BID #85-4 FOR SEWAGE, GRIT AND
SLUDGE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL AT UTILITIES
WEST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Frenz Enterprises, Inc., as Principal, and Allied
Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City a
Bond in the amount of $9,010.30 in connection with Bid #85-4 for
sewage, grit and sludge removal and disposal at Utilities West; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by Frenz Enterprises, Inc. as
Principal, and Allied Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, in the
amount of $9,010.30 in connection with Bid #85-4 for sewage, grit
and sludge removal and disposal at Utilities West is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this�day of 1986.
