RESOLUTION NO. R-86_1&�_
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION R--86-71
WHICH ESTABLISHED A USER FEE SCHEDULE FOR
THE TENNIS COURTS AT TAMARAC PARK; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has received
numerous complaints concerning the Tennis Courts Users Fee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac believes these
complaints are justified.
NOW, THERKIF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLQRIDA:
SECTION l: That Resolution R-86-71 establishing a User Fee Schedule
for the Tennis Courts at Tamarac Park is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1986.
