CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-_24?4Z.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, SELECTING A BOND UNDER-
WRITER OR UNDERWRITERS FOR A UTILITY BOND
ISSUE FOR TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST; AND PRO-
VJ_DEFFE VE DATE.
WHEREAS, the electors of the City of Tamarac have
approved a Bond Issue to fund the improvement of the Tamarac
West Utility; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Citizens of
Tamarac to name a Bond Underwriter or Underwriters to proceed
with the sale of bonds for Utility improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E : The City Council of the City of Tamarac
hereby selects �.,F Ord _, HQuah as Bond
Underwriters to proceed immediately to implement the sale of
bonds to improve Tamarac Utilities West at a bid amount of
1.55 subject to review by Council before the bonds are
actually issued.
Z_OTZON 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
