CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
1 RESOLUTION NO. R-86-1027
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR SPRING
3 HOUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,_.
4 WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the City
5 of Tamarac; and
6 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of -the City of Tamarac has
' reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval,
6 adoption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has
10 made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by
11 the City of Tamarac; and
12 WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving
13 said plat.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
1s TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
16 ,SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
17 Commission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval,
'i8 the same being Spring House, is HEREBY APPROVED.
19 ,SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
20 authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
21 SECTION 3: That the Development Review Requirements of
Z2 the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satisfied.
Z3 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
24 immediately upon adoption.
25 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisAday of 1986.
