RESOLUTION NO. R-86 2--5
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT OFFERED BY
TAMARAC-OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND
SABAL PALMS GOLF CLUB, INC., FOR THE
SPRING HOUSE PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
SECTION 1: that the ingress/egress easement offered by,
Tamarac -Oxford Limited Partnership and Sabal Palms Golf Club,
Inc. for the Spring House Project is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as
Exhibit "1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
SECTION_3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
,SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT
THIS INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT is made this day of
1986, by TAMARAC-OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a
Maryland limited partnership and SABAL PALMS GOLF CLUB, INC.,
a Florida corporation (collectively the "Grantor") to the City
of Tamarac, a municipal corporation (the "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Tamarac -oxford Limited Partnership is the fee simple
owner of the real property described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto (the "Oxford Parcel"); and
WHEREAS, Sabal Palms Golf Club, Inc. is the fee simple owner
of the real property described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto
(the _'.'Sitbal Parcel"-); and
WHEREAS, the oxford Parcel and the Sabal Parcel are
hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Property"; and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to create a non-exclusive easement
in favor of Grantee for ingress and egress over the Property
upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) paid to Grantor, the receipt and adequacy of which is
hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable
considerations, Grantor does hereby create, establish and grant
a non-exclusive easement on, over, under and through the Property
to Grantee for the purpose of permitting ingress and egress across
the Property for access to and from property which provides for
the maintenance of canals and water management areas serving
the Property.
The non-exclusive easement granted hereby shall exclude
any portion of the Property that now or in the f uture is improved
with buildings or appendages thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Easement to
be executed on the said day and year first above written.
