CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86 ZL9
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
BY K. HERRON & SONS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., FOR THE UTILITIES WEST LIME
SLUDGE RETAINING WALL; BID 85-2; PROJECT
84-26; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, K. Herron & Sons Concrete Construction Company,
Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland,
as Surety, has filed with the City a Bond in the amount of
$ 14,300.00 to guarantee the Utilities West lime sludge retaining
wall, Bid 85-2, Project 84-26; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
2BICTION-1: That the Bond posted by K. Herron & Sons
Concrete Construction Company, Inc., as Principal, and Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, the amount of
$ 14,300.00 the guarantee the Utility West lime sludge retaining
wall, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisoZ'3day of 1986.
