CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--4�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR CURBS BY TRANSCAPITAL DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION FOR JASMINE PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Transcapital Development Corporation has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $450.00 for cor-
rection of curbs for the Jasmine Project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Transcapital
Development Corporation in the amount of $450.00 for correc-
tion of curbs for the Jasmine Project is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this c;2-3 day of 1986.
