CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-Z/-C-)
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY GEORGE SCHIRRMAN
3 FOR SWANSON WEST; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

5 WHEREAS, George Schirrman, as Principal, and Trans American
6 Corporation, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 014-739
7 in the amount of $ 3,182.50 to guarantee public improvements at
6 Swanson West; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
10 work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
11 of said bond.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
13 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
14 SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 014-739 posted by George
15 Schirrman, as Principal, and Trans American Corporation, as
16 Surety, in the amount of $ 3,182.50 for public improvements at
17 Swanson West, is HEREBY RELEASED.
1e SECTION 2_ This Resolution shall become effective
19 immediately upon adoption.
