CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ERNEST
SARTORI FOR 3 LAKES PLAZA; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Ernest Sartori has filed with the City a Cash Bond
in the amount of $ 10,662.00 to guarantee public improvements at 3
Lakes Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of a
portion of said Cash Bond, with the City retaining the balance as
a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 2,665.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $ 7,996.50 of the Cash Bond in the amount
of $ 10,662.00 posted by Ernest Sartori for public improvements at
3 Lakes Plaza is HEREBY RELEASED, with the City retaining
$ 2,665.50 as a one --year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effectively
immediately upon adoption.
