CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-IS 1
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR APPOINTMENT OF
MEMBERS AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE CITY'S
PLANNING COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR TERMS OF
OFFICE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTjyE DATE,_
WHEREAS, Article III, Chapter 28, Zoning, of the City's
Code of Ordinances, as amended by Ordin-ance 0-86- , creates
a Planning Commission and provides for the terms of office of
regular and alternate Planning Commission Members; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to implement the provisions of
Article III of Chapter 28 of the Code, by appointing five (5)
regular members and three (3) alternate members to the
Planning Commission in compliance with the terms of Chapter
28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SEC UDN 1: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Planning Commission to serve for
a term of one (1) year expiring April 15, 1987.
Emil Beutner Carl Al per
Sam Levine
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Planning Commission to serve for
a term of two (2) years expiring April 15, 1988.

3 SECTION 3: That the following persons are hereby
4 appointed as alternate members of the Planning Commission to
5 serve for a term of one (1) year, expiring April 15, 1987.
