CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86--LV
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD
OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board of
Consumer Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members; and

WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of
the Board of Consumer Affairs have expired and it is the
desire of the Council to make such appointments to the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby
appointed members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms
t expire on May 11, 1987.
E T This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
