CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-,Z,�2_
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A WAIVER
TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY WOOD-
MONT CORP., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 48 PERTAIN-
ING TO SIGNS ON PROPERTY OTHER THAN THE
APPLICANTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, Woodmont, Corp. has requested renewal of a waiver to
the Sign Ordinance No. 84-58 (Code Chapter 21) governing signs on
property other than the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_1.: That renewal of a waiver to the Sign Ordinance
requested by Woodmont Corp. for Woodmont Tract 48 for a temporary
community directional sign on the west side of Northwest 81 Avenue
Southgate Boulevard and a second temporary community directional
sign on the east side of Northwest 81 Avenue at Southgate
Boulevard on property owned by Woodmont Country Club, is hereby
approved.
SE TIO 2: Conditions of Approval (if any)
1) This waiver shall expire on December 27, 1986.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
