CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-Zj�3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TAMARAC TOWN SQUARE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Town Square, as Principal, and Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, has filed�'wit the
City Bond No. 604-41-00 in the amount of $38,958.75 to
guarantee public improvements at Tamarac Town Square; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. 604--41--00 posted by
Tamarac Town Square, as Principal, and Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland, as Surety, in the amount of $38,958.75
for public improvements at Tamarac Town Square is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
