CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 1101VI
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY THE ARCHDIOCESE OF
MIAMI FOR ST. MALACHY CATHOLIC CHURCH; AND
PR IDI A EFFECT E DATE
WHEREAS, the Archdiocese of Miami, as Principal, and
Alexander Hamilton National Bank, as Surety, has filed with
the City, Letter of Credit No. 90618257 in the amount of
$22,560.00 to guarantee public improvements at St. Malachy
Catholic Church; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 90618257
posted by the Archdiocese of Miami, as Principal, and
Alexander Hamilton National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of
$22,560.00 for public improvements at St. Malachy Catholic
Church, is HEREBY RELEASED.
,SECTION_: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
