A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
BY WOODVALE BUILDERS, INC., FOR A TEMPORARY
SALES TRAILER AT WOODMONT TRACT 72-C (PINE-
: AND PROVIDING A EFFE T E D TE
WHEREAS, Woodvale Builders, Inc., has filed with the
City a Cash Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 for a temporary
sales trailer at Woodmont Tract 72-C, a-nd
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
trailer has been removed and has recommended release of said
bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SFCTJON I: That the Cash Bond posted by Woodvale
Builders, Inc., in the amount of $2,000.00 for a temporary
sales trailer at Woodmont Tract 72-C (Pineapple Park), is
HEREBY RELEASED.
E This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
