CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- 1,6
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH REFERANCE POSTED
BY 3 LAKES PLAZA FOR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES; AND
PR IDI AND EFF T DATE
WHEREAS, 3 Lakes Plaza has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee dumpster en-
closures at 3 Lakes Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E_IQV_i_1: That the Cash Bond posted by 3 Lakes Plaza
in the amount of $1,000.00 for the dumpster enclosures at 3
Lakes Plaza is HEREBY RELEASED.
S-ECTION -2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
