RESOLUTION NO. R-86--/
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ARCHIVE
STORAGE/RECORD RETENTION FOR CITY OF
TAMARAC - BID #86--10.
WHEREAS, The City Council authorized the Administration
to go to bid at its meeting on April 23, 1986; and
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on
April 29 and May 5, 1986; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on May 9, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Bestway Archival Services is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Bestway Archival Services is
hereby approved for a three year term in the amounts listed
below.
