CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-86- /-I
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY EVERGLADES PAVING COMPANY, INC., FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH EXECUTIVE CENTER
PROJECT; AND PR IDING A EFFECTIME DATE
WHEREAS, Everglades Paving Company, Inc., as principal,
with Reliance Insurance Company, as surety, has filed with the
City Bond No. B-47-35-01 in the amount of $37,839.75 to guarantee
Public improvements associated with the Executive Center project;
and.
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 3: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
EC IO 2: That Bond No. B-47-35-01, in the amount of
$37,839.75, posted by Everglades Paving Company, Inc., as princi-
pal, with Reliance Insurance Company, as surety, is hereby called
by the City of Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to
said bond on or before January 13, 1986.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
