A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FINAN-
CIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDITORS' REPORT PREPARED BY
TOUCHE ROSS & COMPANY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1985; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City of
Tamarac provides for an independent annual audit of all City
accounts by a certified public accountant or firm; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Touche Ross & Company has prepared
such audit pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve and accept
such audit report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E TI 1: That the Auditors' Report of the accounts of
the City prepared by Touche Ross & Company be and the same is
hereby adopted by the City Council.
SECTION______: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
