CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--86 ZjW
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR
THE TAMARAC SUMMER RECREATION YOUTH
PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a budget and an outline
for the Tamarac Summer recreation Youth Program, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the budget recom-
mendation and proposal as presented and wishes to authorize the
collection of fees to support said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fees for residents of the City of
Tamarac participating in the 1986 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
$ 80.00 - one child
$140.00 - two children in one family
$200.00 - three children in one family
SECTION 2: That the fees for non-residents of the City
of Tamarac participating in the 1985 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
$ 95.00 -- per child

ECTION 3: That the fees for a non-resident relative of
a• Tamarac resident participating in the 1986 Tamarac Summer
Recreation Youth Program shall be as follows:
$ 80.00 - one child
$140.00 - two children in one family
$200.00 - three children in one family
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
