RESOLUTION R-86-186
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEP-
TION TO PERMIT DRAPERY/DRY CLEANING ESTAB-
LISHMENT BY MICHAEL L. DORO AT 5501 N.W.
22nd AVENUE, PETITION #4-Z-86; AND PRO-
yID,IN-G AN_EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit a drapery/dry
cleaning establishment by Michael L. Doro at 5501 N.W. 22nd
Avenue, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition or special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit a drapery/dry cleaning establishment by Michael L.
Doro at 5501 N.W. 22nd Avenue, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1 - Subject to approval of the Broward County Environmental
Quality Control Board.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of May
