CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-2:�7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY POOL
MART FOR THIS BUILDING; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pool Mart has filed with the City a Cash
Performance Bond in the amount of $4,450.00 for Beauti-
fication at this building; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond by Pool Mart
in the amount of $4,450.00 for Beautification for this
Project is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSES, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thiso2td y Of 1986.
