CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-86-Lle-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE WARRANTY BOND POSTED
BY LENNAR, INC., FOR SANITARY SEWERS ASSOCI-
ATED WITH PHASE TWO OF ASHMONT; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTI E DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar, Inc., as principal, with Manufacturers
National Bank of Detroit, as surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. 83271 in the amount of $4,260.91 to
guarantee public improvements associated with the Phase Two
of Ashmont project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit No. 83271 in the
amount of $4,260.91, pasted by Lennar, Inc. as principal,
with Manufacturer's National bank of Detroit, as surety, is
hereby called by the City of Tamarac if an extension has not
been provided to said bond by June 3, 1986.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
